Youopto 100G sigle lambda Series is a 100Gbps transmitter optical subassembly(TOSA) integrating a high speed EML laser,a micro-TEC, thermistor,a monitor photodiode,and with a coaxial packaged receiver. It is designed for use in QSFP28 optical transceiver and other types of optical modules for  high-speed telecommunication and data applications.
