Youopto 50G Series is a 50Gbps receiver optical subassembly(ROSA) integrating a high speed APD chip,a Linear-TIA in a 7PIN TO46 coaxial package. It is designed for use in small from-factor   pluggable transceivers and other types of optical modules for high-speed telecommunication 
and data applications。
