After moving into the new factory, based on 5G network combined with MES, ERP and other production office software, the production management system suitable for the company at the present stage is formulated, and the "quota" management method for employee performance is formulated in conjunction with the personnel department. The management is carried out by scientific means, the process flow is standardized, and 6S management is strictly implemented to realize information input, collection and traceability, and improve work efficiency and product quality.
By forecasting the market, and being familiar with the supply cycle of each supplier, we can reasonably stock up, set up the safe stock of raw materials and accessories, ensure product delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
